You can transfer between your own accounts or to another account by calling 0345 793 0000† and logging in to Phonline Banking.

Press 2 for Pay a Bill or Transfer Money, then option 2 for transfer money and follow the prompts to complete your request.

Note: When using Phoneline Banking, you can only transfer to accounts which you have already set up on your Online Banking profile.
