A statement showing details of the transactions and any outstanding balance is issued on a monthly basis and this amount is automatically debited to your nominated account a few days after the statement is received.

Emergency cash service (fees and charges may apply)
If your card is lost or stolen abroad, you can avail of the emergency cash service (up to USD $5000 - subject to your available credit limit) and telephone support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Easy access to cash
You can use your Visa Gold Card along with your Personal Identification Number (PIN) to withdraw cash at any cash machine or over the counter at any outlet that offers this service (known as a 'manual cash advance’) where Visa Credit is accepted at home and abroad. We will need to see proof of your identity and address (such as your passport, driving licence and a gas or electricity bill) if we do not already hold this information.
